Kate's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Kate's Story...
Kate entered the Goofy Foot program after we discovered her and 26 other animals living in DEPLORABLE conditions. We acted with the Carroll County Sheriff's Department and were able to get all of the animals into safe living conditions! Kate is about 4 years old, weighs 45lbs, has a calm demeanor, and a VERY sweet personality. Kate literally gets along well with everyone, although she is timid around new people. Her definition of a good life is just "chilln" at home on the couch. She is a lazy gal! She is housebroken, usually only barks is someone comes to the door, and is well behaved. If you'd like to add this beautiful girl to your family please visit our website at www.goofyfootrescue.org and fill out an application. Kate is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once her adoption is finalized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kate, a Allentown Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Beagle for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Beagle dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Beagle breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
