Lovely Lola is a sweet Labrador Retriever/Terrier mix and is three years old. Her snow white coat is beautifully marked with tan patches and speckles. She is such a friendly, happy, good-natured dog! Lola prances happily at your side on daily walks and is housebroken. She has so much fun in the play yard, too. Lola is very affectionate and adores being petted. One of our volunteers reports that Lola jumps up on the bench to sit by your side for quality cuddle time, and loves having her head and back rubbed. She is great with people of all ages and also gets along with other dogs. Lola does need a home without cats. She came to the shelter with her sister Zola, who is also in our adoption kennels. Lola is heartworm positive, and her treatment will be provided by the shelter at no cost to her adopter. It involves 30 days of medicine, two days of treatment, and then Lola will need 30 days of rest. Dogs who have heartworm treatment can go on and live long and happy lives. Our staff would be happy to discuss the process with you. E-mail for more information on Lola or stop by Williamson County Animal Center for a meet and greet with this pretty dog!
