Angels Among Us Animal Rescue announces a new Angel:

Meet Bruce!

Bruce is a 5 year old, 70 pound male Shepherd/ Lab mix. He was born with a cropped tail so no worries about things getting swished off the coffee table!  Bruce along with several other sibling were found running in the middle of a busy roadway in Memphis at 6 weeks old.  Sadly only 3 survived, and Bruce was one of them. He was adopted into a loving home; however due to unexpected health issues, his owner has had to surrender Bruce back to the rescue.  Bruce is a very loving non aggressive INDOOR dog who even loves cats. Bruce walks great on a leash and is house and kennel trained. He is Heart worm negative, current on his shots and once again looking for his forever home. If you have room in your heart and home for this loving little boy, he will bring you unspeakable JOY.

Bruce is currently in TN but will be transported to New England for adoption.  AAUAR is courtesy listing  Bruce for Guardian Angels Pet Rescue (GAPR) of Memphis, TN.  All GAPR dogs are fostered in Tennessee. The adoption donation is $350 which includes a health certificate, transport north and a micro chip.

*Unless stated otherwise, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick product and heart worm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption.

*Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from. Identifying the breed without pedigrees and information on heritage can be very challenging!

If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please go to www.angelsamongusanimalrescue.org and fill out an online adoption application. Thank you!

Effective April 17, 2015 a Quarantine Fee of $75 will be required  (in addition to the adoption fee) to adopt a dog that has been Quarantined in MA. These states mandate that all dogs entering MA shall be quarantined for 48 hours in a state approved facility. Angels Among Us Animal Rescue collects the Quarantine Fee in addition to the adoption fee when the contract is sent out.

About Angels Among Us Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Angels Among Us Animal Rescue - HTCASA is a 501c3 group and was founded in July 2011. We are a group of women and men who love animals and rescue animals from high kill shelters. These animals are surrendered by their families or picked up as stray animals. We rescue dogs and give them the second chance they deserve. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, dewormed, heartworm tested and treated if they are positive. We work very hard trying to find these babies their "furever" homes that they deserve.
