Lady's Story...
Lady is a stunning 6 year old yellow lab/husky mix. She is such a sweet, loving girl despite being in the shelter as part of a cruetly case. She is very timid but is slowly but surely working over being shy. As Lady continues to come around, we've discovered that she loves to be outside, roll around in the grass and play with other dogs. She is a weary of strangers at first, it just takes time for her to come around. The best home for Lady would be a quiet home with few comings and goings and definitely someone who is home more that will take her on long walks and can continue to show her that not all humans are bad. Could you be that very special someone?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady, a Charlotte Labrador Retriever/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
