Baby is a 1 year old female tabby who came to us when her family just could not keep her. Baby is one of the sweetest girls we have and is driven by human companionship. She is well rounded and would do well in any household. Baby is good with children, other cats and even canine companions. Baby is accustomed to being an inside girl and has no idea what to do when outside so she needs to find a home where she can be inside. Baby is litter box trained and loves to be held so if you are wanting to get a cat that is not going to keep your lap warm, it's not Baby.

Baby's adoption fee is $100.00 which covers her wellness check, age appropriate vaccinations, rabies shot and spay surgery.
BABY, Domestic Short Hair Mix has been shared from Shelter Exchange.

About Stephens County Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

We are a Humane Society and Rescue organization serving Stephens County, Oklahoma and it's communities. We work closely with local municipal animal control departments in providing shelter to abandoned, abused, and surrendered animals, and finding homes for as many adoptable pets as we possibly can. We stress spaying and neutering as the one key way to prevent unwanted puppies and kittens.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our Shelter is located at 714 Martin Luther King Ave., Duncan, Oklahoma 73533. Our current hours are:

Monday & Thursday : closed except for intakes
Tuesday & Friday : 12-6
Wednesday & Saturday: 12-4
Sunday: 12-2

We are closed all major Holidays

Our Adoption Process...

We use a simple adoption application/agreement. To complete the application process, we ask for reference letters from the adopting family's veterinarian and two character references. Adoption fees are $100.00 for dogs and $75.00 for cats. Fees include spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination and age appropriate vaccinations.

We have 3 main requirements for our dog adoptions.
1- We require a fenced yard
2- If you rent, we require a letter from the landlord stating
pets are permitted in their residence.
3- If you have dogs currently, arrangements must be
made for a meet and greet to ensure all parties are
agreeable.
