Pongo's Story...
Hi, I’m Pongo nice to meet you! I am a 22 pound Pomeranian. Did you see my one blue eye? Cool huh? I would love to dominate your lap and attention please! I love cuddles and hanging on the couch, but don’t discount my small size for an active life. I love patrolling the yard and checking for intruders. Rest assured you will know if something is going on. I like to talk. I haven’t had a lot of one on one time and would like my time to shine. I need some socializing and training to reach my full potential, I’m not well practiced on a leash because I’m awesome to carry. I’m not sure if I would like to live with cats or not I haven’t had the chance, but my bark may stress a kitty. I would like a calmer household and could share with another dog assuming we meet first. I would love to be an only child though, that way you can focus on my training and really get me to shine. Plus, I will need someone that understands my grooming needs. Interested? I knew you would be! The kisses alone will be worth it. Come on give me a shot!! My adoption fee is $150. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pongo, a Vancouver Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
