Mara is the world's biggest snuggle bug. She loves to curl up and cuddle wherever you are. She also loves to curl up outside and sun herself, which is adorable. She's relatively low-energy, but loves to play with toys and other dogs. She frequently used to go to dog daycare. Mara would do best in a home where she can get lots of snuggles and attention from her people. She likes camping and sleeps well in a hammock. She would do well as a single dog or as a companion to another pet.
Mara has a developmental problem with her back right knee that requires surgery to avoid early onset arthritis. She limps occasionally if she has been playing too hard or goes on too long of a walk. She's still very happy and it doesn't slow her down too much.
Age: 2-3 years
Temperament: Gets along great with dogs and bigger kids. Can be cat tested upon request.
Training: She is house trained and walks well on a leash
Vetting: She spayed, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative
