Bree came to us from a shelter that had too many rabbits and we have found her to be very sweet. She enjoys being petted, easy to pick-up, calm during her nail trim, social and enjoys a variety of toys (especially ones made with wicker and/or timothy hay). We think she would be fine for any family and in a more mellow type of home..she likes to just chill out! She will require a yearly vet exam and her nails trimmed about every 4-6 months. Like most rabbits she's not thrilled with being held.

Our volunteers have really enjoyed getting to know Bree. She's typical of white rabbits with pretty pink eyes...easy going and the best type of bun for any household. She's also a curious bunny and while not super active, will require a fairly large amount of space because she's a good size bun!

All rabbits need time outside of their enclosure to burn off energy and to kick up their feet! A long hallway or a room they haven't been in before will do the trick. Getting out of their enclosure for 2-3 hours a day is critical. Not only does it help with boredom, but it helps with moving their food through their delicate system.

She should eat unlimited amounts of Timothy, Oat hay and/or Orchard Grass hay, 2-3 tablespoons of pellets each (no dried fruit or nut mixes), a small handful of veggies and an occasional piece of fruit as a treat.
