Leeland's Story...
Leeland is a 3 month old brown terrier mix. Leeland was rescued from the streets in Houston where he was found wandering alone near Leeland St. He was emaciated and full of intestinal parasites, but that didn't stop him from begging for love and attention! Leeland is a rambunctious, little guy who loves attention. He loves to run and play with his toys, and he is friends with everyone! His favorite thing to do is roll over for a belly rub, and sometimes he gets stuck on his back like a turtle! Leeland has mastered the command, "sit," and he's so proud when he does it! If you're looking for a fun-loving, little friend, who never runs out of energy, Leeland is the pup for you! Leeland is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and he's looking for his forever home! Fill out an adoption application today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leeland, a Baytown Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Baytown, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Baytown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baytown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baytown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baytown paves the way for another one to be saved.
