Hi, my name is Emmie and I am a 3 1/2-year-old Border Collie/Lab. I was adopted as a puppy and returned when my owners had a baby. I am very sad and scared. I am a fun loving, energetic dog. I need lots of room to run so I would really like to go to a home with a fenced in yard! But I also like to relax and just lay out in the sun.
I love to cuddle, and can take up the entire bed if you let me but I'd much rather have you on there lying next to me. I am also a very good houseguest because I am crate trained and housebroken. I play well with other dogs my size or bigger. I can get nervous around new people or new things in my environment so please be a little patient with me. My foster family says I am wonderful and very sweet.
I would really like to find a new home so please take a look at me & if you like what you see, please fill out an application at www.ehrdogs.org and be sure to mention my name - EMMIE!!
