Izzy's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Izzy's Story...
Izzy is a pretty little 3 month old cattle dog mix. She is very sweet and cuddly. She likes to play with her siblings and has no troubles making human friends. She is very smart and learns quickly. She has been started on house and crate training and will just need a little more work. She would make a great family or companion buddy and would love an active home. This sweet girl will be available at our adoption event this coming Saturday 11/5 (hopefully, but she did have ringworm and has to be clear before adoption) at Petco 2211 S. College Ave from 10am-1pm. If you are interested in this girl, please submit an application through our website aaanimalrescue.org. Please feel free to email with any questions allaboardanimalrescue@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Izzy, a Fort Collins Australian Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Fort Collins, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in Fort Collins.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Collins already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Collins breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Collins paves the way for another one to be saved.
