Looking for a cute and compact little companion? Perhaps you’re looking for a puppy, but without the rambunctiousness? Then you’ll have to meet Baptiste! Say hello to little Baptiste, a 6-month-old little Beagle/Dachshund mix. We rescued Baptiste from a kill shelter in San Jacinto (Riverside County) late October 2016. Baptiste is at the prime of his puppyhood, but he has a balanced, sweet, loving, goofy, and affectionate personality. He may be a little shy when first experiencing a new environment, but give him a few moments, and he’ll blossom right before your eyes! It won’t be long before he’s pawing your foot gently for more pets. Baptiste gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and given his size and age, he’ll be able to transition easily into a home with feline and children as well. At just 18 pounds at the time of his rescue, we estimate he’ll remain under 25 pounds fully grown. Don’t miss out on your chance to make Baptiste a member of your family!
