Goldie's Story...
Welcome Goldie. This little 25 pound 1.5 year old is darling. She has the feathering like a Golden so the vet has called her a Golden Retriever mix. She weighs about 25 pounds and appears to be full grown. She is very sweet and a little shy. She is delicate and easy to handle on the leash. She is attentive and eager to please. She has had a litter of puppies and was found by the local veterinary office. We don’t know if she wandered up or was dumped at the office. No one has come for her so she is now up for adoption. She is in Lytle , Texas but we would love to find her home on the East or the West Coast. This little moderately active girl will fit in to almost any family. She is is good with cats and other dogs. Contact me for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Goldie, a Lacey Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Lacey, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Lacey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lacey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lacey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lacey paves the way for another one to be saved.
