This gorgeous black & tan tweenie is Oliver Orchard. About a month ago, Good Samaritans found this little man wandering all alone through their neighborhood. Oliver was not wearing a collar, nor was he microchipped. His finders posted pictures of him, contacted area shelters and exhausted all efforts to locate his owner, but had no luck. After a month long search, they realized it was time for Oliver to find a loving forever family to care for him. They reached out to DREAM for help, knowing we would provide him with the best opportunity for his second chance at life and love. He is settling in now with his foster family where they are getting to know more about him and his precious personality.
