Jessica is a very affectionate and loving dog however she is very cautious and timid when she encounters new humans and dogs. She loves to relax and soak up the sun on warm days and enjoys rolling in the grass. Jessica is getting along well with her 2 foster brother dachshunds but she likes to keep some space between herself and them when it is cuddle time. Jessica is not very interested in toys she would rather just sit next to someone and have her neck scratched. Jessica walks well on a harnessed leash. Jessica likes to stay in her kennel when her humans are away as she feels safe in her warm blankets. Jessica is mostly house trained. Jessica has a good appetite and loves to eat hard kibbles for breakfast and thoroughly enjoys softer food for dinner. Sadly Jessica is afraid of men however her foster Dad has been working hard at earning her trust but she is very cautious around him.
