Facts about Odie

  • Breed: Pit Bull Terrier
  • Color: Brown/Chocolate
  • Age: Young
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Odie is a 9 mos old very sweet big baby of a dog. His coloring is called a chocolate red nose. He loves attention from his humans and is a big goof. He thinks he is a lap dog, and also plays with cats trying to use them as a pillow in his current home. His family is heartbroken over having to give him up, but he is being very bossy with the resident dog in the home. So going to a home with no other dogs is a must.

Odie has a personality as big and beautiful as he is. He is a born comedian that thoroughly enjoys making you laugh and he just wants to have fun. He is a lot of fun, and as you can see on his video, he sings with his squeeky toys and loves to swim in his baby pool.

As is common with his breed, Odie bonds intensely with people and can become overly protective if another dog enters the equasion. He is also crate trained, but would prefer to have someone home a lot of the day. He is not the type of dog to be left home for many hours alone. He needs a family with giant breed experience that will continue to work with him to keep him from behaving like a buffoon with new people.

He will also need a fenced yard as daily exercise is important to his well being. He isn't typically walked on a leash so his leash manners leave a lot to be desired. But, If you can provide him with the loving, safe, happy home that he is so deserving of, come in and meet our silly boy.

He is neutered, up to date with his vaccines, and microchipped.

The adoption fee for this cat is 85.00 which includes Spay/neuter and age appropriate vaccinations and testing for felv/fiv.
