Meet Penny--she is a great "combo dog"--some terrier, some shepherd, some hound--a fun combination resulting in one unique dog with a sweet and endearing face! She is about 3 years old, weighs close to 50 pounds, has a microchip and all her vaccinations, and has been fixed. She loves her foster parents--when her foster mom was sick, she spent the day with her, leaning on her to help her feel better. Penny loves playing catch with her foster father and sits near him in the home office when he is working. When she is inside, she gathers her many squeaky toys and plays with them. Penny will certainly bring many of them to her new home. She enjoys her walks and makes quite a striking appearance with her red harness and leash. She has encountered many squirrels in her travels and always looks around when she hears the leaves rustling. While she enjoys the resident dogs who are part of her foster family, Penny can't resist chasing the four cats that live there. She is hoping for a forever family that would include another dog or two, but no cats. Look for her at upcoming Tiny Miracle Rescue Meet and Greet events--check the web site for dates, locations, and times. When you complete an application for Penny, the foster family will send you additional pictures and a video and will always extend an invitation to come to the house and meet her there. She certainly would love a new home for the holidays.

About Tiny Miracles Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Tiny Miracles Rescue is a non profit 501c3 organization dedicated to helping solve the problem of pet over-population. At the farm, we provide a safe refuge for animals in need. Our adoptable pets are saved from “high-kill” shelters where their odds of ending up in a loving home are poor. In many instances, they have been abused, neglected or abandoned by their former owners. Once here they will receive love, attention and help to find their perfect forever family. All of our adoptable pets are altered and have had their health evaluated, including vaccinations and heartworm and flea preventatives. Their temperament is carefully screened so that we can place them in the correct adoptive homes. We also serve as a resource to our community by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership including the importance of altering your pet, positive behavior training and pet nutrition. Be sure to check our website often to see our available adoptable animals and learn about events at the farm.

Come Meet Our Pets...

At Tiny Miracles we are always happy to have visitors. Aside from our pet care business and rescue, the farm is home to all kinds of critters, like horses, alpaca, emus, llamas, goats, donkeys.... When you come to visit your potential new friend, be sure to allow some time to wander around the farm and say hello to our other residents. We do ask that you email or call us first to set up an appointment. We look forward to meeting you!
