Freckles's Story...
Freckles appears to be German Shorthair Pointer mixed with sugar we believe since we don't know what else to call it. We do believe Freckles will remain small and not get any more larger in size than 35 to 40 pounds. Freckles is a real sweetheart, smart, clever and just a fantastic little dog! Freckles is already potty and crate trained, knows sit and loves to play with a ball and her brother Buster. Freckles is very affectionate and enjoys being petted and belly rubs. This little gal deserves a great forever home. We believe she would do great in a household with another dog and a loving companion to someone special. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Freckles, a Huntsville German Shorthaired Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer dog from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
