I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with other large dogs. Sam's Story... Does your dog need a buddy? Sam wants to be your dog's best friend. He will warm up to you eventually, but humans have been a little confusing to him so far in his short life. He is not confused about dogs though. He loves dogs. And although he does not typically seek out affection from people, he doesn't shy away from it either. He is happy to share a couch with you if the spot is available. He loves his crate and goes in there just to take naps. If you are ready to leave, just pick up a treat bag and he will head straight for the crate. In his foster home, he has access to a fenced backyard through a dog door. He has had only one accident and that was when the dog door was closed during a storm. He pulls on the leash so he needs some leash training. Also, he is a puppy, so he likes to chew. Keep him occupied or he will destroy your stuff! Sam would do best in a home with a large dog as he doesn't know his size (or strength) when playing with smaller pups. He 1 year old is neutered, current on annual vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Adoption fee $250 Apply at www.luckypuprescuesc.com Home visit and vet reference are required.
