Colt was only 3 weeks old when FOWA rescued him and his brother Cruz from a local kill shelter. He thrived under the care of a volunteer bottle feeder and is now ready for a home of his own. Colt is FIV/FeLV negative, has received his first vaccine and we estimate that he was born around October 10th. Colt is very sweet, affectionate and outgoing. OUR MISSION
FOWA Rescue is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) (nonprofit) rescue organization based in Wayne, NJ serving the North Jersey area, dedicated to the welfare, sheltering and placement of homeless animals. We are committed to educating the public about the humane treatment of animals, preventing animal cruelty and overpopulation and promoting animal welfare.

OUR VISION
To end euthanasia of adoptable animals so one day, no healthy companion animal will be euthanized for lack of a home, space, or compassion.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption fees vary, but in general dog adoption fees are $200 and up and cat fees are $100.00. These fees cover all medical costs such as routine shots, microchipping and spay/neutering as well fostering.

To qualify you must be over 18 and approved in the adoption process.
