Karmel's Story...
Hi! I'm Karmel! I'm a three year old Brindle girl, and I would just love to curl up on your lap! Can you give me that forever lap? I am crate trained, house trained, super sweet and lovey - an all around great girl! Sometimes I am so excited to see you, my first impulse is to jump, so I'm trying to work on that! :) I'm told my energy level is about medium though, I love to walk, play, but snuggle too. People say I am very striking because of my beautiful coat! (blush!) I'm up to date on vaccines, microchipped and spayed. My adoption fee is $200. Apply to adopt me here: https://rescueofhope. com/adoption-application/.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Karmel, a Grand Rapids American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Grand Rapids, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Grand Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
