Important Note

Beth is best friends with Louie. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Hi there, I'm Beth! I'm a beautiful girl with the cutest black mohawk on my ticked tabby fur, a lot like my Abyssinian cousins, just without all the fancy papers. My brother Louie and I have been through a lot, but we still love to cuddle and purr just like we did when were kittens.

I am such a sweet girl, and love to greet you at the door when you come home from a long day, ready to snuggle next to you while I purr my cares away. Louie and I love to play like kittens, pouncing and playing to entertain you for hours! We're both loving little siblings, ready to turn on the purrs and snuggle once we get to know you a bit.

We've been through a lot together and really love each other. We were adopted to a family who moved in another cat which was a stress for me, so we would prefer to be the only cats in the household. We are a little over a year old, and we would love to find a home where we can stay together forever. We would prefer a home without small kids or any dogs, as we had a bad experience with the dogs at one of our families.

My adoption fee is $80, which includes important virus testing, spay, microchip, vaccinations, food and litter starter kit and a free vet visit voucher. There's always the Buddy Discount that lets Louie come home with me for half off! Please call Happy Cats at 362-4600 to arrange to see what a wonderful addition I would make to your family!

About Happy Cats Haven

About Our Shelter...

At Happy Cats Haven, we take in homeless Colorado cats and kittens and find them new, forever homes. We give our cats the gift of time: time to recover from the trauma of losing their homes and time to show their true personalities. All cats stay here until they are adopted, unless too ill to survive.

Each adoption is hand-crafted, matching our deep understanding of each cat with the adopters' needs and family members for the perfect match. Adopters also have all the time they need in our comfy colonies to get to know our kitties.

Our ongoing support with classes and online advice continues long past adoption. We have found forever families for over 1,400 cats and kittens since 2011!

All our funding comes from private individuals and grants. Eighty-seven percent of all money we raise goes directly to making sure every cat and kitten is healthy, happy and adoptable. For every full-time equivalent staff member, we saved over 160 cats and kittens in 2015. This was made possible by all of our dedicated, loving volunteers.

We are a 501(c)3 organization, so your donation is fully tax-deductible. If you would like to help us continue our good work, you can go to our website and click on the Help Us tab. The volunteers and kitties thank you!

Our Adoption Process...

We have a downloadable Adoption Application on our website. It's helpful if potential adopters fill that out before visiting. Our adult cats and "catolescents" between 6 and 12 months are $80, which includes their FIV/FeLV testing, spay/neuter, microchip, all vaccinations, a month of free insurance, food & litter starter kit and a free vet visit voucher. Seniors and other special needs cats include the same signing bonus and are $60. Our kittens are $125 for those under 6 months, including the same package. Other adoption specials can be found on our website or Facebook page.
