Jan is somewhat shy, takes time to trust, but once he does you will have the most loyal loving companion. When Jan first came to us, he wouldn't even come out of his kennel... then as time went on, Jan began to realize he could trust, he could go out for a walk without being afraid, and he could be happy playing in the play yard. Jans past is behind him, and now he deserves a loving future. He would do great if there is another dog in the home to be his buddy, to show him the "ropes" and to snuggle and play with. Jan just needs time and patience... if you are willing to give that to him, you will have a loving boy in time, that will truly be a loyal companion. go to pawscrossedny.org to fill out our dog adoption application.
