Hello I'm called Tango, but only because the rescue's name theme for October was dances. I would rather be called something more manly like Rambo. I am about 8 years old which is middle aged for small dogs like me. I love going for walks and for rides in the car, but even more than that I like being around my people. I will sit in your lap or hang out on the back of the couch where I can see everything that's going on. I don't like big dogs and if I see one I'll growl and bark at it, especially if it is outside my window or even on the TV. I have to keep my people safe from such a menace to society. I also don't like cats that are outside. Even inside I may bark and howl at them if I can get them to run. Such a fun game.At night I like to sleep under a small blanket on the bed next to you. I'm potty trained, but don't like to go out when it is wet or cold, so you should carry me out under an umbrella and bring a space heater with us... okay? Just wanted you to know that. Basically, I'm looking for someone who is home most of the time that I can keep company. If you have a really big purse maybe you can carry me everywhere like that Paris Hilton lady. IF you want a friend for life, go to www.k9ppr.org and fill out an application for me and the nice volunteers for K9 will arrange a meeting where I can interview you. K9 Paw Print Rescue is located in the San Francisco East Bay area.

About K9 Paw Print Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned, abused, stray and neglected animals, primarily from high-kill shelters. We collaborate with other rescue groups and animal shelters to improve the lives of animals at risk for euthanisia. We work to provide solutions which seek to end the animal over-population and educate people to be responsible pet owners and "fur-ever guardians."
