Recently, Brooklyn Animal Action rescuer Tara got a call about a lone kitten wandering the street, asking if she had room to take one kitten in. Tara said of course—only to discover that the kitten was only one of a litter of six being kept with their mama cat in a deli basement. The deli owner wanted the kittens gone, so had left the door to the basement open in the hopes that all the kittens would all wander off! Needless to say, Tara took all the babies and their mother in, since they deserved a far more loving life than the one they had in the basement.
One of those six kittens is sweet, petite Baby Bella—a purr machine with the loveliest little disposition. She lets you hold her and snuggle her, and when she’s not loving up her humans in her foster home, she’s playing with her feline foster-siblings.
Bella’s newest foster sister is Ebby, who was found in a Bay Ridge backyard. As friendly as Bella is, Ebby loves to cuddle, and seeks out attention from her humans whenever she can. Recently, Bella's foster buddy Max and Ebby's pal Boo were adopted--together!--leaving Ebby and Bella to meet one another. They are currently having wonderful fun together, so it would be amazing if they were adopted together, too!
Both babies are FeLV/FIV negative and up to date on vaccines. They will be spayed/neutered when they are old enough. If you’d like to meet Baby Bella and her new best bud, Ebby, contact Tara Green at firstname.lastname@example.org!
