Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abigail is currently living in a foster home in Madison, Wisconsin.
Abigail is pure puppy goodness. Cute, fun, lovable, and enthusiastic about life! She found herself at the shelter somehow as just a baby, but she never let it dampen her spirits in the meantime until one of our Houston K-911 volunteers saw her there and decided she simply didn't belong there waiting for a family to choose her, so we picked her up and brought her to her new digs and foster family. And boy did she relish in all the extra love and attention.
Abigail is a happy pup- ready for whatever adventure you want to get into. She's friendly, affectionate, playful, and clumsy like the growing puppy she is. Between her puppy naps, that is. She is currently under 10 weeks old and we are not quite sure what breed mix is dominant or what size she'll be, but we expect her to be a medium-large dog. She is just starting on potty training and loves to be praised. She also adores the 3 other dogs in her foster home and anyone willing to play or love on her.
Abigail is too young to be spayed and will require a spay contract with her adoption.
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
