My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Calypso was abandoned at a shelter after delivering 9 healthy puppies, due to the overcrowding at the shelter and the pups being so young they had no chance of getting out alive. Spark Rescue requested to have this family saved and brought them to Ojai to a foster family that was committed to caring for Calypso and her 9 pups. Its been two months and all but two pups and Calypso have found loving forever homes.
Calypso is an amazing dog, she gets along well with all dogs and loves kids too. Calypso plays soccer and enjoys going for long walks/runs. She has a perfect temperment and would make a great family dog. She is still a pup herself at 1 year and is learning her manners ( not to jump on people to greet them). She understands simple commands and is crate trained too.
Calypso has a beautiful shiny coat and expressive eyes she really wants to please. If you think Calypso would make a great addition to your household please fill out an adoption application on our website at www.sparkrescue.org thank you for choosing to adopt.
