11/03/2016:  Solo and sibling Vader need a home together.   They are so sweet would love a family to love them.  Solo is shy and needs someone with patience to help him overcome his shyness.   They did have a home at one time and were surrendered back to Pet Rescue by Judy when their owners had a baby and just gave them both up....So imagine how scared they were and are.   We know their is someone out their who would welcome them both in their home and give them the security they need.....

UPDATE: 04/26/2016:  Beautiful Solo and his sibling Vader were just surrendered back to Pet Rescue by Judy, their human parents returned them because now they have a child.  They are both so scared , but they are showing us how they love to be petted and snuggled with.  Again, please, we ask that you look beyond the color and consider giving Vader and Solo anoather chance at having a fantastic family and someone to love them and keep them forever.

Foster update 1/7/13:
Solo is a beautiful black kitten. He has a little white spot on his chest and a white belly. He is a very sweet boy, who likes to snuggle.  He does not like to be alone and will meow until he finds someone. It can you, another cat or even a dog. He would do best in a home with another cat or dog for a companion. He would make a wonderful addition to your home. Right now we do not have an updated phot of Solo but he looks just like his sibling.

10/15/12: My brothers and I were rescued by a very nice man from a hotel laundry room in South Orlando. I have been with my foster mom since I was 5 weeks old. I am a sweet gentleman with black fur and a little splash of white on my chest and belly.  I love to be in your lap, to be petted, scratched or brushed and when you stop paying attention to me I let you know I am still here with little meows.  I enjoy playing with my brothers and the other cats. Even the dogs.  I love to run through the house chasing or being chased. I would make you a wonderful friend.

About Pet Rescue By Judy

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a private, non-profit rescue located in Sanford, Florida, dedicated to the rescue cats and dogs. Many of them come to us with medical needs. They are doctored to the best of our ability and resources.

Our most urgent goal is to rescue animals that are abandoned or in distress, update their vaccines, and find good new homes for them. But we attempt to be more proactive than that. It is our heartfelt desire to prevent any animal from the need to be "rescued." With that vision in mind, we take a three-prong approach through the education of pet owners and the general public about:
- proper care of animals, including correct diet of good quality food, fresh clean water, daily exercise, and lots of love
- spaying and neutering companion animals (dogs and cats) in order to prevent euthanasia and over-population
- low-cost spay/neuter clinics and wellness centers in their local community
