Kilo's Story...
Hey my name is Kilo. Pretty awesome name, right? I am fast as lightning in every thing I do. Superman has nothing on me.Wanna see me run? You can't because I'm too fast! But if you're looking for a running partner, I'll try to slow it down a bit so you can keep up. I'm also super strong. Move over Hercules! Nothing but the toughest of toys for this top dog! I will seek out the weak ones and immediately destroy them! I believe that nothing is impossible, if you are AWESOME! Which I AM! I want to be a super-hero dog. Maybe search and rescue? Those guys are pretty awesome. I even recently defeated heartworms! Like they stood a chance against the awesome Kilo!

Ok, so now that you know how totally awesome I am, lets get to the generic stuff... I'm about 5 years old. I'm a husky/shepherd mix. I'm totally fine with kids. I'm ok with many girl dogs. But not boy dogs. They get to jealous of my awesomeness, and I just can't deal with that. And I'm really just looking for an awesome person that I can crash on the sofa with after a day filled with being Awesome together. How's that sound to you? Here are some videos of me to show my awesomeness.

Don't forget to click the one with my photos up top too. Submit an adoption application for any of our dogs by visiting our website at this link:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kilo, a Walker Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Walker, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Walker.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walker already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walker breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walker paves the way for another one to be saved.
