Sweetie's Story...
Feisty and Sweetie will be at the Petsmart at Poplar Prairie Stone Crossing, 2590 N. Sutton Rd, Hoffman Estates, today, December 18th from 11-2.

Meet super friendly Sweetie who was born around 6-25-16, and arrived to Angels on Wheels on 10-30-16. She was rescued along with her brother Feisty from Kentucky. Sweetie is just as her name notes -sweet and full of love. She loves to snuggle and will purr excitedly when you walk in a room. She really loves her people, and so incredibly laid back. She loves hanging with her brother in a morning sunspot, but also loves her fuzzy mouse toy. She loves to play, she is great with other cats, and and did fine when she met the dogs in the foster home. She is very laid back like her brother Feisty, and although there are no children in the home, we are sure she would be great with respectful children who are nice to kitties. She loves everyone she meets, and will even great people at the door. The foster mom said Sweetie and her brother Feisty are two of the sweetest kitties she's fostered. We know when you meet her, you will feel the same thing. She has incredible markings to her coat

Put in your adoption application now to meet this wonderful kitty. Sweetie and Feisty are being fostered together in a home in Gilberts, Illinois, which is where you would go to meet her with an approved adoption application. The foster mom said Sweetie and her brother Feisty not only use the kitty box like champs, but they are a couple the the neatest kitties she's had. Kitty litter doesn't fly all over. Although it would be nice if the kitties were adopted together, it's not mandatory. We feel Sweaty would do well in any home, because she is that great of a kitten.

An adoption application must be submitted, processed, and approved prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet. Adoption applications can be completed by clicking on this link http://angelsonwheels.org/feline-adoption-application/ Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but is required prior to making arrangements for a meet and greet as all of our animals are cared for in homes. We can't schedule meet and greets until the application is submitted and approved.

If an animal is still posted for adoption, he/she is still available. We do not have an actual building so there are no viewing hours. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes. In order to schedule a meet and greet, and adoption application needs to be completed. Click on the link to complete the on-line adoption application. http://angelsonwheels.org/feline-adoption-application/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweetie, a Naperville Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Naperville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Naperville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naperville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naperville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naperville paves the way for another one to be saved.
