Feisty and Sweetie will be at the Petsmart at Poplar Prairie Stone Crossing, 2590 N. Sutton Rd, Hoffman Estates, today, December 18th from 11-2.
Meet Feisty who was born around 6-25-16, and arrived to Angels on Wheels on 10-30-16. His name doesn't correspond with how sweet this boy is. He's not Feisty, but incredibly friendly and sweet. He and his sister, Sweetie are two calm, and very snuggly kitties. They really just want to be loved and be with you. They greet people who come to the door and love everyone. He was introduced to the other kitties in the home and did fine. He also did fine being introduced to the dog. he is just a super laid back kitty. He's incredible neat with his kitty box, the foster reports. The foster said he and his sister are two of the cleanest kitties she's fostered.
Although we would love to see Feisty and his sister, Sweetie, adopted together, it's not mandatory. Either kitten would do fabulous in any type of home. he is good with Men, Women, children, dogs, cats.
Feisty was rescued along with his sister Sweetie from Kentucky. Feisty is a beautiful boy who loves to play with his toys, chasing the ball toy as it tumbles throughout the room. Eager to greet you, he will wag his little tail excitedly when you enter the room. Such a sweetheart! He's being fostered in a home in Gilberts, Illinois with his sister Sweetie, which is where you would go to meet him with an approved adoption application.
An adoption application must be submitted, processed, and approved prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet. Adoption applications can be completed by clicking on this link http://angelsonwheels.org/feline-adoption-application/ Submitting an application does not commit you to any animal, but is required prior to making arrangements for a meet and greet as all of our animals are cared for in homes. We can't schedule meet and greets until the application is submitted and approved.
If an animal is still posted for adoption, he/she is still available. We do not have an actual building so there are no viewing hours. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes. The adoption fee of $75.00 includes:
Neuter which is now done
Microchip,
Up-to-date on routine vaccination for distemper-FVRCP
Regular deworming while in our care
Received Ponazuril
Tested for Felv which was negative
Tested for FIV, which was negative,
Treated with revolution then repeated 2 weeks later,
Rabies vaccination.
You will also receive a free health exam visit to either Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic, Yorkville Animal Hospital, Midwest Animal Hospital in Orland Park, Springbrook Animal Care Center, or Naperville Animal Hospital.
