SAWYER is one kitty anxious to find his forever home! This kid was stuck in a shelter, which was evacuated due to Hurricane Matthew. Our animal sanctuary, LCAR St. Francis Farm, became a refuge for the victims and that is how Sawyer ended up with us. When the storm passed, the shelter offered to take him back, but we couldn't let this bright, bubbly boy potentially face death. He is so outgoing- his personality could seriously win anyone over! We rate this kid a 10/10- yes, a little bold of us, but Sawyer absolutely deserves it. He will charm his way into your heart. Are you ready for him?

He is ready to find his forever home. He is FIV/LEUK negative, UTD on vaccines for his age, dewormed, and microchipped.

About Last Chance Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We provide adoption services in NY, NJ, CT, RI, NH, MA and ME.

Last Chance Animal Rescue is a Charitable, not -for profit organization, created to save the lives of animals. We rescue animals that are located in "KILL" facilities and underwrite the costs of relocating them to "NO KILL" facilities in hopes of finding them a forever family. We work with local veterinarians for spay-neuter/ medical services until permanent placement is secured into a pre-screened loving home. We depend on donations to continue to save these helpless loving animals from being killed and hope that you will consider supporting our cause..... saving as many lives as we can.

Our Adoption Process...

We require a completed application which is approved based on a review within 7 days. If approved a home visit is conducted and provided both parties agree to proceed with the adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs under 6 months) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home. Please note that pets under the age of 6 months are not spayed/neutered. We require the adopter to provide proof that, at their own expense they have complered this procedure within a reasonable period after adoption.
