BANJO's Story...
SAY HELLO TO BANJO!

Banjo is a beautiful 9 month old snowy white and amber eyed Bichon/Poddle boy. Banjo came to our rescue as an Owner Surrender for no other reason than they could no longer care for him.

Banjo had not been socialized much, so he is timid upon first meeting. Our volunteers have found that when you sit on the ground with him, he will come to you. Once he sees you are a friend, he will just love on you and then follow you around with tail a wagging, enjoying the attention, the cuddles, the belly rubs and the "oohing and aahhhing!".. he eats it right up! He is adorable and just so very sweet.

Banjo is not completely house trained, however he is young and very bright ... like all puppies, he will need gentle guidance. He gets along well with his foster mates and doesn't really pay much mind to the cats. He would do well with a couple or a family with kids older than the age of 9 who understand he is a pup and can be gentle with him.

Banjo is a longer coated breed that will require daily brushing and of course, professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks.

Banjo's adoption fee is 450.00 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip and professional groom.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BANJO, a Phoenix Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
