Bayliss's Story...
Hey guys! My name is Bayliss. My brothers, Ranger, Murph, Luke, and I were
rescued from the wild outdoors when we were very young. Now that we’ve grown big and strong, we’re on the hunt for our very own forever homes!

My foster mom says I am a very well rounded little guy. I’m affectionate and love to snuggle. I’m also super curious and love to play. I love all kinds of toys –mice, balls, jingle bell toys, and even wands with the strings and feathers on the end – it doesn’t take much to make me happy! I’m also a champion climber. I
hope there’s a great big cat tree in my forever home! My very favorite activity,
though, is sunbathing in the windows. I much prefer being on this side of the glass!

I don’t have a lot of requirements for my forever home. As long as I have people to love me, some toys to play with, and some windows to relax in, I’ll be all set!

If you'd like to meet me, please email to setup a visit. Don't forget to tell them you want to meet Bayliss!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bayliss, a Richmond Maine Coon kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Maine Coon kitten from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
