This fabulous group of beautiful kittens was rescued from the streets of Midwood in Brooklyn—which is why they are now known as the Midwood kittens. At the time of their rescue, their mama was very sick, and would have died if she hadn’t been trapped and taken to the vet. Luckily, rescuers were able to trap the whole family, including the litter of four: Trish, Iggy, Bob, and Eddy.
Iggy is ready to be adopted right away and can go with any of Brooklyn Animal Action’s other kittens as a pal. However, Trish, Bob, and Eddy are still very timid, and would benefit from a foster home as single kittens, which would be ideal for their socialization. With a little work and lots of love, they too will be ready for their forever homes, so much better than a rough life on the streets.
All four babies—Iggy, Trish, Bob, and Eddy—are approximately 6 months old, spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and FeLV/FIV negative. If you’d like to meet Iggy, or would be interested in fostering one of the other siblings, contact Christie at firstname.lastname@example.org!
