Rosie - Adopted 02/04/2017's Story...
Rosie is a sweet girl who is very affectionate. She loves meeting new people, though she does get a little excited and likes to jump up on them. Rosie loves to cuddle on the couch, go for walks and just be with her people. She does fine as an only dog, she tolerates other dogs but doesn't seem to enjoy their company. Rosie would do best with a calmer dog, she does not like dogs jumping on her. She is crate trained and mostly house trained. Rosie walks well on a leash, likes to fetch, does well on car rides and is very affectionate. Come meet Rosie at our next adoption event, you'll love her.
Birth Date: 10/01/2013

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie - Adopted 02/04/2017, a Livonia American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Livonia, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Livonia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livonia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livonia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livonia paves the way for another one to be saved.
