Justice is a 6 month old female who arrived at the Shelter in a Hav-a-Heart trap. She had been living outside as a stray. Justice was very frightened at first and was not ready to enjoy the attention of humans. Over the past 6 weeks weeks, our staff has worked to socialize her and prepare her for a new loving home. Justice has been spayed, health-checked and vaccinated. She is still cautious but accepts love from those who have earned her trust. Is she a candidate for you as your next family member? About Our Shelter...

The Franklin Animal Shelter is operated by the Granite State Animal League and has fulfilled its mission to rehome abandoned, neglected, abused and surrendered dogs and cats in Franklin NH since 2002. Other than animals received under its municipal pound contract, the shelter operates as a limited-access shelter.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our shelter is located at 71 Punch Brook Road, Franklin, NH and is open to the public Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and Saturday's from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters are required to submit an application which is researched to ensure that the adoption is a good fit for the animal. This is NOT a first-come, first-served adoption process. Adoption fees are based upon the breed. (cat or dog) and age (youth, adult, senior) and are published on our website at www.franklinanimalshelter.com/adoptions.htm.
