Redington's Story...
Meet Redington, aka Red! Red is a sweet 5 month old Shepherd mix who we estimate will be only about 50 lbs when full grown. Red is doing great with his crate training and potty training. He is a sweet and friendly guy who will be very attached and loyal to his person. He does well with other dogs and loves the foster family's cat as well. Red does have a lot of puppy energy so we are looking for a family with older kids. For more information or an application for this sweet boy, please contact furever_angels@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Redington, a Charlotte Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
