Luna's Info...

Luna's Story...
I'd say here is the cat of the week but I'd be wrong. This is the cat of the month. The year. The century!! This cat is the coolest cat. And you can trust me on that. I'm unbiased. You see, I only have dogs. Dogs that won't allow me to get a cat. So I'm an unbiased dog volunteer in a cat world when I do these photo shoots.

And. This. Cat. Rocks. First of all, her name is the best. Luna. Secondly, she is so laid back. Every time I go in for the photo shoots she's sprawled out in the same spot. When I go up to her, she poses for pictures. When I pet her, she gives me kisses. Lots and lots of kisses. Not only that but this 4-5 year old beauty does well with kids. Dogs. And cats.

So in review.. cool name. Laid back. Beautiful. Loving. Photogenic. And gets along with everyone.

Luna is ready for a home. But not just any home. A loving, forever home. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has a microchip.

Call Sue at (970)641-1890 to meet this amazing gal.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Gunnison Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Gunnison, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Gunnison.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gunnison already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gunnison breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gunnison paves the way for another one to be saved.
