FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS: Penelope is a sweet and loving girl who can't wait to find her forever home! She loves other dogs. Penelope would love to find a home with a canine companion that she can romp around with since she has a lot of energy and loves to play. She is very attentive and is a quick study. This sweet girl will be a wonderful addition to her forever family!
EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Penelope was surrendered to the Bertie County Animal Shelter by her former owner. When BFPA volunteers saw a video of this happy girl playing in the shelter, we knew we had to get her out. She is now thriving in her foster home as she waits patiently for her forever family to find her!
