BONES's Story...
Meet Bones, our adorable older distinguished gentleman feline who is 10 yrs. old. His sister Monkee was adopted into her furever home this summer by a wonderful and compassionate person. Bones and Monkee were surrendered to us after their beloved human passed away.

Bones is truly a sweetie and would thrive in a calm and loving environment with a kind and attentive adopter, where he can enjoy the rest of his many days to come. He loves to engage in conversation and to gaze into your eyes, or roll on his back and cuddle. Bones is in good health and quite handsome too, with a thick plush gray and white coat! He will come to greet you and ask for ear rubs if you come near his cage. Won't you come meet him today?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BONES, a Bloomfield Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bloomfield, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bloomfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
