HURRICANE MATTHEW SURVIVOR!
My sister and I were plucked out of harm’s way by a plane and taken to the safe arms of Furkids. I am a Hurricane Matthew survivor.
My name is Roxobel (Roxie for short). My foster mom picked us up that first day so we wouldn’t have to sleep in a cage. Since then, I have shown her what a special gal I am so she can tell you all about me.
I climb all over her and even like to jump on her shoulders when she crouches down. I am super playful and especially like soft toys and balls of all kinds.
Canned food makes me very happy. I like dry food, too, but kitten food makes me throw up. The Hill’s Science Diet dry “sensitive stomach and skin” formula makes me feel better. I’m sure there are less expensive dry foods out there, too, that won’t upset my tummy.
My sister and I are very close and would like a home together. If that’s not possible, please promise to give me lots of attention so I don’t miss her so much. I cry when I’m alone.
I don’t ever want to go outside again. Will you be my safe haven?
Remember that most kittens need the companionship of another kitten or young cat in order to grow into well-adjusted adults. Please consider the many benefits of adopting a pair! We're happy to help you find the perfect match! Please be aware that some of our kittens are in bonded pairs and cannot be separated.
My spay/neuter may not be complete yet, but it is included in my adoption fee and will be done around 3 months of age.
