Poor Oliver was adopted from us in 2009 as a gorgeous kitten but now his adopter returned him at 7 1/2 yrs old. He needs more interactive exercise to play run and ponce. Sounds like he was getting frustrated and bored with lack of exercise and attention so he was trying to play and ponced/nipped her leg twice in play. Update: Oliver is now in our wonderful foster home. He is very over-weight and ate a poor quality diet. He is now eating holistic food supplements and will get more exercise. We bought him more toys and interactive toys. More info. to come as he relaxes and adjusts at his foster home.

About Furry Friends Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing, fostering and finding homes for companion animals in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We need more foster homes so we can save more animals! Would you please consider opening your home to a loving companion animal so they can have a chance for a new life? See our Foster Home info page.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Come see us at one of our Pet Showcases. Our locations and schedule can be found on our showcase locations page.

Our Adoption Process...

We are very thorough in our adoption process. The details and costs can be found on our How to Adopt page. We expect the whole family to be involved in the process.

We believe our dogs and cats should be treated as family members for their entire lives. They deserve the best we can give them and we should never give up on them. Adoption is for life!
