My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tabby is a 4-month-old Chihuahua mix who is as sweet & loving as can be despite her beginnings in a filthy home & then in an abusive one who hit her when she barked or had accidents in their house.

Tabby is not completely housebroken but with awareness, consistency & patience, she will learn quickly. She knows her name & responds to the “come” command. Tabby has a lot of spunk & loves to play. She also loves to chase & will return a ball or toy. And she’s definitely a lap dog weighing only 8 pounds.

The place Tabby came from had two small boys so I assume she gets along well with kids as long as they’re nice to her. She also gets along well with other dogs.

On the negative, she is a bit growly towards people & dogs when she’s on the leash but I correct it immediately with a sharp sound & she stops. I can’t think of anything else bad to say about Tabby.
