Hello hello!  I'm super excited for my interview - who would have thought that a small-town cat like myself would get a chance to break out into the world like this?  Let's start with the basics so you can get to know me.  My name is Pierce.  I'm a male, gray cat with tabby markings.  I came to Feline Rescue's Adoption Center with my mom and my sister.  It was great to have their company while I got used to being here, but now that I'm one and half years old, I'm ready to go out on my own and find my forever family.

I'm a friendly sort of cat.  I like it when people talk to me (sometimes I talk back!) and enjoy walking around with them to see what they are up to.  I would love to find a family that lives an easygoing life.  Too much hustle and bustle going on can get confusing for a little cat like myself!  I do enjoy being pet and you might find I have a hard time keeping still while you do it.  I like to think I'm helping since you end up not having to move your hand as much!  I'm still learning how to play with toys, but the ones I've tried so far have been awesome!  They have this round thing here called "ball" and I'm having a lot of fun wrestling and chasing it.  It's most enjoyable when someone else stops by to play with me though, so I'm focusing hard on finding the right people for me.  If you are looking for a cat to take home with you, I hope you'll consider me!  Just ask the humans here for Pierce - I'm available for $120.

About Feline Rescue, Inc.

Our Adoption Process...

By adopting a Feline Rescue cat you will be supporting a caring, no-kill shelter and making room for one more homeless cat. We are always looking for good, safe, loving homes for our many cats and kittens. We want to be sure placements are a success for both parties, so before we send our feline friends home with anyone, we ask you to fill out a basic questionnaire. Since we work with cats everyday we will be able to suggest a perfect match to your needs. If a sponsorship fits your schedule better, you may support a cat of your choice and we will send you pictures and updates. All of our cats are feline leukemia/FIV tested, fecal tested, neutered/spayed, vaccinated and all of our kittens are vet checked, fecal checked and given their first set of shots. All receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. We charge an adoption fee to offset these costs. Adoption Hours: We are open seven days a week for adoptions, but our hours do vary because we are staffed entirely by volunteers. Call (651) 642-5900 for specific times and more information.
