Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phoebe is our 10 week old boxer mix pup. She is simply a DOLL! Phoebe loves to play with her siblings and other foster puppies. She is your FUN LOVING girl. She is very sweet, friendly and loves everyone. She is very much a snuggler and loves attention.
Phoebe is working on her potty skills in her foster home. Phoebe is ready to find her home.
If you are interested in giving Phoebe a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the Notes section. While you are there, please Like our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you.
Phoebe''s adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the cost of her spaying, shots, worming, flea/tick prevention, heart worm prevention, vet examination, certificate of health and cost of transport.
Phoebe is living with a foster family in Tennessee and will travel to her new family by professional pet transport once she has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to the Chicago / Milwaukee areas.
Our primary source of funding comes from our adoption fee. This fee allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
