Buckeye has just graduated from Friendship's Prison Dog Training Program. He has spent the last 12 weeks being trained in obedience, basic command, manners, proper leash walking and house training. He is now back at the shelter ready and waiting for his forever home. Stop by soon because Prison Grads are adopted quickly.

Buckeye is a happy go lucky 2 year old Chocolate Lab mix that arrived from another facility hoping to find a home sooner at Friendship. He's a big lovable lug that is easy on a leash and enjoys being around people.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
