He's a bit of the best of both worlds since he's just as happy laying at your feet or running after a ball. House trained and happy to be in his crate, he doesn't mind being alone but his best place is right at your side. Outside he walks great on a leash and even when not on leash, he won't go more than a few feet from you before he checks back to see where you are.
Sampson is good with other dogs his own size but his prey drive kicks in with smaller dogs and his need to chase is quite strong. Cats are definitely a no-no. He's good with children but supervision is needed until trust is built due to his need for more confidence.
Sampson is possessive of his food, and who can blame him?? Sampson is fed in his crate where he feels safe and secure.
He's eager to please, a fast learner and full of love and life! If you'd like to be considered for Sampson, contact for an application is Beth at firstname.lastname@example.org
