Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Charlie, an eight month old Pyrenees/Australian Cattle Dog mix boy. Charlie is perfect - he is great with other dogs (even respects grumpy dogs that tell him to leave them alone), loves children, leaves cats alone to do their kitty things, and is calm and gentle. He even does a pretty good job of not pottying in the house!
Okay, well, actually he's not completely perfect... Charlie suffers from separation anxiety. He worries when his people leave him that they might not come back - a very understandable fear for pets who have found themselves homeless. He did well in his foster home when left to play in the yard with the other dogs, but when he could see his people, he wanted to be inside with them, and he wanted to be within sight of them when sleeping at night.
The perfect home for Charlie would be a home where someone is home all day, or can take their dog to work with them. He will get over the separation anxiety, but it can take quite a while of seeing that his family always comes back to him. Having other dogs to play with and occupy his time helps quite a bit.
Adoption fee for all dogs and puppies is $120.00 each, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations (including all puppy boosters for puppies under 4 months), worming, flea/tick treatment if needed, and collar/leash/tags.
