BJ is a large 4-5 year old male greyhound/deerhound or borzoi mix. This boy is very affectionate and is a great leaner! He has medium energy and plays well with almost all other dogs regardless of size or breed, particularly enjoying the puppy or “lab like” play style and energy. Active, playful, energetic, this guy would do best in a home with other dogs that want to engage in playful romps. He initially hops around when he is invited to take a walk, however calms fairly quickly and enjoys his walk. He loves to toss around his toys, will chew up squeaky toys, and would benefit from some appropriate chew toys. He has also done well in cat testing. His ideal home would be with a person or family with other dogs who will establish a routine with him.
Greyhound Friends For Life is a nonprofit, all-volunteer greyhound adoption and advocacy organization, dedicated to finding loving and qualified homes for former racing greyhounds and to educating the public about the inherent cruelties within the greyhound racing industry.
